we do take a security deposit in case of any damaged or missing items, this is refunded to you once we have picked up and checked the soft play/party packages

all soft play and party packages and the items in them need to be clean and dry with no marks or tears, all of the items need to be accounted for and this includes all balls in the ball pit

children from 6 months - 5 years can use the soft play. children should always be fully supervised by their parents/guardians while playing

you can hire the soft play for as long as you wish if you are hiring the DIY set up, for delivery set up +pack down by us there is a standard 4 hours included in the price quoted, if you wish to extend your hire, please let us know, this will be subject to availability and is an additional charge

please contact us for a copy of our cancellation policy if you wish to read before booking, alternatively, a copy is sent with every booking

all terms and conditions are sent when booking the soft play/party packages, please make sure you read these and familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions
